Ahmedabad, India Enterprise property management platform

Built and deployed property management modules (Next.js, PostgreSQL, Hasura GraphQL) handling 50,000+ properties, including rent scheduling with dynamic GST and penalty calculations.
Designed a configurable workflow engine with multi-level (L1–L3) approvals and full audit trail tracking; migrated key features from the monolith to .NET microservices.
Built user management with post/role switching and RBAC via Keycloak, supporting 2,500+ real-time users.
Integrated the payment gateway with automated receipts and real-time Odoo accounting sync, adding retry and reconciliation logic for failed transactions.
Built an analytics dashboard in Apache Superset, feeding it from a data warehouse populated by Apache Airflow ETL pipelines, with Fleet Agent + Kibana for logging and metrics.
Authored a 7-stage GitLab CI/CD pipeline (SonarQube analysis, build, ArgoCD sync, K8s cluster verification, regression tests, cleanup) with Dockerfiles for automated, reliable deployments.

Implemented Keycloak SSO authentication for MyGov Maharashtra and IRFC HRMS, handling session management and role mapping for multiple users.
Increased test coverage from 45% to 78% by writing unit tests in JUnit and NUnit, catching 15+ critical bugs before production.
